These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and atm4d2.
Important Notice: By accessing, browsing, or using the atm4d2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use atm4d2 services. We take underage gambling prevention extremely seriously. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
atm4d2 services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia when accessing our platform and placing bets. Use of VPN, proxy, or other masking technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You confirm that you are not restricted by any legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations that would prevent you from using gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of atm4d2 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with atm4d2. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. If we detect duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to void all bets placed through such accounts and confiscate any winnings.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and banking information. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
atm4d2 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You must complete identity verification by submitting copies of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of address, and a verification selfie. Verification typically processes within 1-24 hours. Withdrawals cannot be processed until verification is complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and account information. You must notify atm4d2 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security. atm4d2 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security.
You may not transfer, sell, or otherwise share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be considered your responsibility. If you forget your password, use the secure password reset function available on the platform.
atm4d2 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Most deposits are credited to your Account instantly. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process. If your deposit does not appear within one hour, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests can only be made to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name and verified through our KYC process. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, with most completing in 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB).
First-time withdrawals and withdrawals following significant deposits may require additional verification. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds and prevent money laundering. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn (see Section 6).
atm4d2 maintains strict AML procedures. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious patterns such as immediate withdrawal of deposited funds without wagering, frequent large deposits followed by immediate withdrawals, or use of multiple payment methods may trigger investigation and temporary account freeze.
All bets are subject to acceptance by atm4d2. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, technical errors, or violation of these Terms. Once a bet is confirmed in your bet slip, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious system error.
Sports bets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant sporting authority. For football betting (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League matches), bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless specifically included in the bet type. For mix parlay bets (accumulator bets combining multiple selections), all legs must win for the bet to be successful. Voor bola (Asian handicap) bets follow standard handicap settlement rules.
All casino games and slots are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within each game. Random Number Generators (RNG) are regularly audited by independent third parties to ensure fairness. Slot game RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
Live in-play betting is subject to rapid odds changes based on real-time match events. Odds displayed at the time you place your bet are the odds that apply to your wager. We reserve the right to suspend live betting markets at any time due to suspicious betting patterns or technical issues.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:
atm4d2 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are displayed in the promotion details. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount ten times before it converts to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements (slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds).
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, betting on opposite outcomes with bonus funds, or other patterns indicative of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may result in account closure. We reserve the right to withhold bonuses from players we determine to be bonus abusers.
atm4d2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of disputes regarding promotions, atm4d2's decision is final.
While we strive to maintain 24/7 platform availability, atm4d2 does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or scheduled maintenance. In cases of technical errors that affect bet outcomes, we reserve the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
atm4d2 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and sports data suppliers. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving any issues arising from third-party service problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, atm4d2's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means. atm4d2 is not responsible for gambling losses or any consequences arising from gambling addiction. We provide responsible gaming tools (see our Responsible Gaming page) but you are ultimately responsible for your gambling behavior.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining balance. If you wish to self-exclude for gambling control purposes, please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for self-exclusion options.
atm4d2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account if:
Upon termination for cause, we may withhold any remaining balance and winnings. In cases of account closure for KYC non-compliance or age verification failure, we will refund your deposit balance after deducting any winnings obtained before verification failure.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. We may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) for inactive accounts. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are charged.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by international online gambling regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which atm4d2 is licensed. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of our licensing authority for resolution of disputes.
If you have a complaint or dispute, please first contact our customer support team at [email protected]. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to our licensing authority or an independent arbitration service.
In the event of any dispute regarding bet settlement, game outcomes, or interpretation of these Terms, atm4d2's decision is final and binding. We maintain detailed logs of all transactions and bets, which will serve as definitive evidence in any dispute.
atm4d2 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email and by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the terms were last modified.
